We all got together at Yeller headquarters and made a huge mess the other night. Out of the wreckage was born the most heinous of all hydra-esque monsters. We all had a pretty good time watching this thing quickly and horrifyingly snowball out of control.  We each made a head, one way or another, and a body roughly modeled after my own, and we lost any self control we were grasping onto shortly after that… Take a peek past the break there and you can see some heads.

Kids come up with some of the most creative monsters. Its getting down to crunch time and I’m im starting to really crank out some arts. Im beginning to think back to all the things I used to come up with when I was a weird little kid, and as a weird adult, I am really enjoying myself.

I’ve been to some creepy places, and I’ve seen some creepy things. Im hoping to make some creepy drawings.

This happens every time I have a deadline… I dont do anything… and I continue to not produce anything… THEN SUDDENLY! I crank out a bunch of stuff so I feel better about myself and I stop freaking out everyone depending on me to actually put out. Its a start right guys?

I generally dont really produce anything under any circumstances until the very last possible moment that i could still pull it off.  But because I should be studying for a massive exam, I decided to get a head start on myself and start making some drawings.  Im only showing a peek as to not ruin the surprise…

Im sure that there is stuff that goes on in the deep blue that no one knows about, and I’ll bet its pretty beautiful and creepy.

The ocean is big and scary and full of weird stuff that no one has ever seen and is potentially really dangerous. I used to swim way out into the kelp beds knowing that I could be sucked out to sea, eaten by something, or pick up some awful infection from all the sewage that was floating around me.

But the one thing that has continually haunted my dreams, and scares me worse than any of that other stuff, was that feeling of isolation that you get when you are way out in the water by yourself, or standing in the middle of the desert with no one around. Today I went to a job-site on a military base, and found myself standing on an air strip; a vast swath of concrete, that was bleak, windy, a little dangerous and really really beautiful.
