We’re pleased to announce that MIHO Gastrotruck will be offering their tasty wares at the opening of Yeller’s When We Sleep on August 28th. MIHO uses fresh, local, and thoughtfully-sourced ingredients to create hand-crafted street food that is affordable, convenient, and delicious. Come with an empty stomach and couple of bucks. Yeller returns to Subtext Gallery on August 28th at 6PM to display new, dream-related artwork by Christina Liu, Clarke Forrest, Michael Tussey and Tyler Cristobal with a narrative penned by writer Richard Parubrub. Mrs. Magician will close out the night with a set of sweet lullabies. Address and directions after the jump.

Yeller hosted is first zine swap on April 17, 2010 in the Subtext courtyard. Dubbed Paper Cuts, over eighty artists created zines to swap, share and display while over a hundred more came to partake in the celebration. The event was a great success, attracting all factions of the San Diego art community, from street artists to poets. We have since decided to make the swap a yearly event. Stay tuned to our blog or subscribe to our newsletter to find out details on our next swap in Spring 2011.
